Wear Comfortable Clothes

On the day of your physical exam, do not worry about looking fashionable. Comfort is much more important. You will be asked to wear a gown during the exam, so try to wear loose-fitting clothes that are easy to remove.

Write Down the Medications You're Taking

One of the first things your doctor will want to know during your physical exam is what medications you're currently taking. This includes herbal supplements and over-the-counter drugs. If you are taking more than a couple medications, it may be difficult to remember them all off the top of your head.
